Hi Folks
Sorry this is a completely ad-hoc section until I get the chance to design it properly
For now, it's just a holding ground for various bits that need uploaded quickly

HOT NEWS FOR EBAY USERS
eBay have changed their fee structuring for Shop users (Feb 2006)
Are eBay stores now as cheap as previously?
The changes basically increase the Final Value Fees (FVF) per sale, while reducing the Initial Listing Fee (ILF). eBay PowerSeller Forum discussions indicate this leaves sellers worse off above different selling prices.
Download the fee comparison spread sheet here (if you get a password panel - click the "cancel" button and the spreadsheet will open) then check your own selling activity for Shop Inventory Format (SIF) and Buy Item Now (BIN) listings.
The spreadsheet was created by eBay user "greengreen-elephant" (Iain Hamilton) and these are his instructions for using it -
The spread sheet is attached, all you need to do is input the sale price in column A,
all other columns will update themselves to show the difference in FVF between SIF & BIN, depending on the quantity of items sold in the listing and the sale price.
Any multiple item BIN will cost £3 to list so I've highlighted all the times this occurs for different quantities of items sold
this corresponds to the sale prices shown in column A that are highlighted,
the figures in rows 2 & 3 in red and blue are the FVF% please don't remove or modify them as it will lead to inaccuracies in calculation,
the function used to calculate references the cell numbers so any changes to the red and blue numbers will affect all other cells,
the calculation also takes into account the different percentages used to find the FVF depending on sale price so should be accurate
remember that the spread sheet is calculating only the difference, between SIF and BIN, from column D-M
