Shipping Policy and Procedure
When you purchase at GazLanNaThai.com we guarantee to despatch your goods as quickly as possible after receiving your cleared payment.
Generally, your goods will be despatched within 2 working days of receiving your cleared payment, except where your goods have to be made, or purchased, to order.
Working Days are Monday to Friday excluding Thai Public Holidays. Public Holidays in Thailand most likely vary from those in your country, and Thailand has 24 Public Holidays per year inclusive of Buddhist Holy Days and Royal Family Birthdays. Depending on the day of the week of those holidays, this can sometimes mean post offices close for 2-3 consecutive normal working days. If you have any doubt or worry regarding how quickly we can despatch after your payment clears, please use the Contact Us page to enquire. Saturday despatches are sometimes used, but solely at our discretion, and only when the volume of orders require us to do so. It is never guaranteed we will despatch on a Saturday.
Where goods have to be made, or purchased, to fill your order, we will communicate this to you, and if the delay is unacceptable you may cancel your order for a full refund.
- When your payment clears you will receive an email update stating this has happened, and the status of your order will be updated to either "Goods being made", or to "Packing for Despatch". You can view the status of your order at any time by logging into your account at GazLanNaThai.com
- If your goods have to be made, or purchased, to order, once they are made, or received by us, your order status will be updated to "Packing for Despatch" and you will receive an email telling you of this.
- Once your goods have been despatched, your order status will be updated to show it has been despatched by the method you paid for during checkout, and you will be emailed with the Registered Delivery number, and a confirmation of the delivery service used. From this point onwards, our normal Returns and Refunds policy takes precedence over your order.
- We always obtain certified proof of despatch from the post office, and depending on the service used, online tracking may be available. We might also pay for the post office to collect your signature on a proof of delivery card (which is returned to us) depending on the payment method you used, and your account status with the payment processing company used. Copies of the proof of despatch are available to you, free of charge, if your order exceeds the advertised maximum postal transit time from date of despatch.
You will then receive no further emails about your order, unless the post office returns it as non-deliverable. If the post office does return it for any non-deliverable or non-collected reason, we will contact you regarding re-delivery as described on our Shipping and Returns Help page.
Important - Please remember that we only guarantee despatch on the normal working days of Monday to Friday excluding Thai Public Holidays.
